Since she was not earning enough, she wanted to get rich overnight and got some unwanted ideas.So, in 2005, she planned to draw money from a Bangalore based business man named Pradeep Konaro (Pradeep Ponera 28) a resident of Anna Nagar.

He suddenly remembered Padmavathy’s presence and invited her to a star hotel near Chennai airport. The duo is said to have met frequently and spent several nights together.
